Beth Hill – Associate
Bethany “Beth” Hill is an associate attorney at Brockett& McNeel, LLP, where she has practiced law since graduating in 2012. Beth practices in the areas of family law, guardianships, and civil litigation. Her experience includes representing clients in complex divorce litigation, child modifications, protective orders, annulments, enforcements, adoptions, contract disputes, consumer litigation, ADR, and debt collection. Beth has experience with all aspects of the litigation process, from the initial pleadings through trial, including drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, drafting and arguing motions, defending and deposing key witnesses in depositions and at trial, and drafting appellate briefs. Bethany is licensed to practice in the state of Texas.
Beth is a native of Midland, Texas. She earned her B.S. from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, with a major in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. After graduating from Texas Tech University, Beth went on to attend Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, Texas. While in law school, Beth gained experience by completing an internship for the Honorable Judge Robert A. Junell, Federal Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, and by clerking at Brockett & McNeel, LLP.
Beth is involved with numerous volunteer organizations in the community of Midland. She is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Midland Young Lawyer’s Association, and volunteers at Legal Aid of North West Texas. Beth is married to Matthew Moore. They have two children, a son, Camden and a daughter, Blake.
